Who We Are

For 50 years, MAHUBE-OTWA has worked to fight poverty and be an advocate for low income and elderly people -- promoting self-sufficiency, family stability and community revitalization. MAHUBE-OTWA continues to look forward to a bright and positive future providing "Community Action" and empowering people to achieve self sufficiency. We operate out of three core values: Resourcefulness, Client-Focused, and Community Minded.

What We Do

Our mission is to empower people to achieve self sufficiency. We do this through programs like our free tax service, Head Start, Housing, Child Care Aware, Energy Assistance and Weatherization, and Family Health Clinics.
